Hi, I am Beth, a lifelong dancer turned yoga teacher.

From childhood, movement has been my sanctuary. Tough days at home or school would melt away the moment I stepped into the dance studio, where I first discovered the profound healing power of connecting mind, body, and breath. That freedom became my life’s work - and my deepest calling is sharing it with others.

Through graceful, intentional movement, I teach techniques and tools to stay grounded amid life’s twists and turns. Thats why I created my online yoga platform, Beth Cooke Flow: to make this transformative practice accessible anytime, anywhere - so you can find your own rhythm, release what weighs you down, and move through the world with more ease, strength, and of course, more joy!
