Days will be spent swimming in the prettiest crystal blue waters of the Cycladic Islands of Greece, exploring beaches, lingering at seaside tavernas, traversing quiet winding roads to town - this will be a go at your own pace retreat with lots of downtime and the island as your playground.

Twice daily practice will be held in our shady outdoor Shala where evening practice becomes drenched in a golden light. Expect local cuisine by our Greek chef and to forge lifelong connections sitting around the table.

Our restored Cycladic homes sit high on a hill, overlooking the bay of Agios Georgios and the ancient Sanctuary of Apollo of Despotiko – taking in all the cosmic, serene island of Antiparos has to offer.
